Empowering Families Through Mediation

Get help navigating difficult family transitions with clarity and control. Our family mediation services offer a peaceful path to resolution, allowing you to shape your future outside of court and work on moving forward in what is best for your family.

Our Distinctive Approach To Family Mediation

Legal Consultation & Family Mediation Services provides a structured, neutral environment where both parties can work towards resolution without the stress, expense, and unpredictability of Court. Mediation can effectively resolve dissolution of marriages, child custody and parenting plan issues, visitation and holiday schedules, child support requests, property and asset division, and communication and co-parenting challenges. Our goal is to empower you to reach mutually beneficial agreements that are fair and respectful to all involved.

Neutral Environment

We provide a safe and unbiased space for open dialogue and constructive negotiation.

Child-Focused Solutions

We prioritize the best interests of your children in all parenting plan discussions.

Avoid Court Stress/Fees

Mediation helps you resolve disputes efficiently, saving time, money and the emotional strain of going to Court.

Taking Control Of Your Future

Mediation is a voluntary process that allows you to have more control over the outcomes affecting your family than going to Court. The process is private and confidential, as well as typically faster and more cost-effective than traditional litigation.

Addressing Your Concerns With Confidence

We understand that approaching family mediation can bring worries about power imbalances or fairness. At Legal Consultation & Family Mediation Services, we are highly trained and establish clear structures and rules throughout the process to eliminate any power imbalance. Our focus is on practical, workable agreements that are in the best interest of all parties, including children, reducing conflict and improving communication.

Your Mediation Journey

Our process begins with an initial consultation, conducted separately with each party, to discuss your situation, individual goals, and concerns to determine if mediation is appropriate. This is followed by two group mediation sessions, structured and led by our certified mediator to keep the focus on resolving issues in a fair, respectful way. If an agreement is reached, the terms can be drafted in a legal agreement for filing with the Court, if applicable.
